    Ehm… you cant lose -belly fat-. the fat you are going to burn is burning from whole body. And exercise? is only 20% of the work you have to do to burn fat. 80% comes from diet.

    one question , In your previous video (part? 1) some asked how many calories does this video( also part 1) burns. And you said 200 calories. So does that mean each video burns 200 calories or the whole series in total buns 200 calories?

    @LDKBBAB I have good news and bad news … Good news, you probably have adequate strength in? your muscles from your job so you don’t require strength training. Bad news, your heart and lungs aren’t getting any “work” at your job. Workouts like this one are perfect for you. This workout will get your heart and lungs working while getting a quick sweat.

    Hey, coach, I work a very fast paced job( a lot of heavy lifting? and power walking for 8 hrs a day!). By the time I get home I can barely move. Does my day at work count as working out?
