Ehm… you cant lose -belly fat-. the fat you are going to burn is burning from whole body. And exercise? is only 20% of the work you have to do to burn fat. 80% comes from diet.

one question , In your previous video (part? 1) some asked how many calories does this video( also part 1) burns. And you said 200 calories. So does that mean each video burns 200 calories or the whole series in total buns 200 calories?

@Amf51101? If you follow the free HASfit Guide To Losing Fat at HASfit .com and do 3-5 of my workouts per week then you should be able to lose 15lbs in 6-8 weeks. You can do it!

Hey, coach, I work a very fast paced job( a lot of heavy lifting? and power walking for 8 hrs a day!). By the time I get home I can barely move. Does my day at work count as working out?
