    Hello! Thanks a lot for this useful video. By the way, I hear a lot of people keep on talking about Kinovelax Diet Plan (just google it), but I’m not sure if it’s good. Have you thought? about Kinovelax Diet Plan? I’ve heard many unbelivable things about it and my mate lost a lot of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me :(

    @flowerrchildd765 Try a step up with a barbell on your shoulders and? do rep of 12-15…or a leg press is also good(machine) or the glute extension(machine is great!)

    great video! but one question, on the push ups, when you drop, should your heels go up or should you keep them down? and also can you put how many calories you burn by? doing these excercises? thanks!
