    @ThePimpGeek You lose weight by consuming less calories than you burn. Exercise helps you burn calories, but isn’t the main way to lose weight. You have to eat less than you burn. Eating healthy is the best way to? do this.

    I think I saw a few at Wal-mart. Any? athletic store should have them. I’ve done this exercise before. I did them a little different without using the hand to help get up. Good workout.
