For me when i eat onion or pepper ,then i get such a heartburn that i can not safer it ,my feet and hands become red and very hot some times i? keep ice on my hands ,i dont know what to do please guidem.

So many experts recommend eating whole-grain products… But to me and my family these are the products that cause the most horrible heartburn.
The only diet that helped us was cutting out the sugars and gluten. Never ever had heartburn when we ate like that. Even coffee doesn’t bother me then.
I guess everyone? s different.
But regardless.. good video-series.
