My Food Diary: What I Eat (Low Carb)

I filmed this over a 2 week period, approximately, documenting what food I eat, and how I prepare my meals. So far things are going great, I don’t feel like I’m depriving myself at all. Maybe this gives you some ideas for your own healthy living goals. As for exercise, I have an elliptical home trainer that I go on about 3-5 times a week to do cardio, and in the future I plan to expand my exercise regiment to body weights and running outside.     do you always eat the whole plate? Cuz sometimes the portion looks? so huge and sometimes really small

    i had a slice of whole grain bread with tomatoe and ham before bed, then i watched this and im sorry to say this very night is going to be my “cheat day” i got so hungry i coudl eat a horse so now im frying a chickens breast with some vegetables, rice (whole grain!!) and im gona eat and then go to be happy and rdy for tomorrow :) ?

    You should not eat the oats, bread, and raisins. The whole wheat bread has a higher glycemic index than a snickers bar. Avoid all wheat and all sugars. Pork should also be avoided.

    I don’t get how people like chiken.it’s disguting a corpse of a bird and it settles in your stomach like a graveyard.Also i? am not just saying this because i’m vegetarian ,it because it plain disguiting.
